The 3-day GXO Change PRINCE2 Foundation Course will provide you with the core knowledge of how the PRINCE2 method works. You will learn the key PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes that underpin good project management and in this context will also gain an insight into the common pitfalls and challenges that many project managers face at some time or another.
