This 1 day training course forms part of GXO Change’s “Making Sense” Series of training programs. “Making Sense of Project Management” is aimed at anyone involved (or about to be involved) in delivering projects who wants to understand what projects are, why they are run, how project management works and what needs to be done to deliver a successful project.

This course provides key concepts and knowledge to students. It is deliberately delivered in a relaxed teaching style that is aimed at building a personal understanding of project management. Students attending this course should expect to understand the fundamentals of project management and use this knowledge to inform their day-to-day activities. This short course provides a good foundation for more detailed practitioner training later on or as a refresher to existing practitioners.
